Telebrands - CREDIT CARD ABUSE
I placed an order on November 28th, order# for 2 Star Shower Laser Lights from TELEBRAND for which I have not received. The company's website plus my electronic receipt, clearly stated that my credit card would not be billed until the product had been shipped. After reporting TELEBRAND to the BBB of New Jersey, they were told that my order shipped out on December 3rd, which is a flat out lie. Then they created a FED EX ticket on December 7th, to make it appear that it is being shipped, which in fact all they did was created a shipping label. (NO TRACKING INFORMATION) still to this day. I've made countless number of calls and no one answers the phone. Appears to be a SCAM operation running. If you plan on ordering anything from TELEBRAND, please make sure you do your homework.
