Paid $20.00 for unusable hose. Tried to contact the company that could return my money. Of course the rep was not in the U.S.

and I could not understand anything "George" said. Something about returning to the store. I trusted it was a decent product and now I don't have the packaging or the receipt.I want the company to refund my $$.
