Telebrands - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered and received two pocket hoses.Both have failed in just under four months.
Have called their customer service line on at least six different occasions on three different (800) numbers and
have never heard a human voice. I called both of the numbers listedfor the Pocket Hose and also Telebrands direct. In every case the same exact female voice comes on line and directs you to select English or Spanish and the gives you are three options for products. Then you they say someone will right with you.
Then in less than a minute the same voice comes on line and says it would be better to call back on Thursday or Friday between 8am and 12pm so you do not have to wait for a long time.I have complied with this and have held for nearly 80 minutes and have never talked to a person with my complaint.
