Telebrands - Pocket Hose with Lifetime Warranty?? 100% Inevitable Failure
ello
Last summer(July 27) I bought a 50Foot pocket hose from Home Depot for 19.99 + tax
We used it the rest of the summer and into the fall until the side wall(near the nozzle)of the hose, blew out and it no longer works.
At First, I was real happy with the hose, but this thing is a piece of ***.The materials are cheaply made, and failure is 100% inevitable
It did not even last one year!!
I tried to return it to Home Depot, but could not find my receipt after 6 months
Plus on top of it, Home Depot has switched the color from Light green to Dark green
and they no longer carry this particular hose.
So is that the ploy here? To market an item, as a "Lifetime Guarentee" and then
switch to a different color so that the warranty is not fullfilled?
I think it is a terrible way to do business!! Why aren't you or your company, or Home Depot honoring the lifetime Warranty?
I should be able to return this hose and get one that works!
This is just another example, of the demise of the USA.
So many corporations that hype their product to the American consumer, only to find out that their product is nothing but cheap junk. Once you get your sale the consumer is left holding the empty bag
Thanks for nothing!!

I attached mine to the hydrant, making sure that the nozzle was closed as instructed. It exploded.
I never got to use the first time. Itโs irreparable, and was a total waste of money.
Same thin bought July of 2017, leaks. I tried early versions of the hose an felt good about this one. Not perfected yet
The hose busted after one year and five uses. The plastic inner membrane burst. We shall see if they honor the warranty
I had a similar experience with Home Depot. The hose lasted 6 weeks before it burst in the center with a tremendous leak.
Piece of junk. Wouldn't stand by their warranty.
Was using my hose today and it sprung a leak close to the end of the hose.
it has a life time warranty. like to have replaced .I bought two a the same time it is a 50ft hose
You mean "holding a leaking hose" and no receipt.
