Received one email with invoice when ordered Hempvana EndTag. Never heard from them. Called 3 weeks later, they let me know that it would take another 6 weeks. Asked them to cancel order. Two weeks later I see a charge on credit card. Amount they were charging was not the same as the invoice. Called to let them know I had canceled, told me that they were sorry but the product was already shipped. Told me to refuse shipment. The box only had my name no return address. Now I have to mail it back and spend money on return shipping.

False Advertising, Refusal to us U.S. Employess in their call center and deceptive practices

On June 9, 2020 I ordered numerous "Silver Bullet" products, online, from this vendor. the total order came to over $106.01.

Their receipt said, "Your Order Number Is: XXXXXXXX Shipping may take 3-6 weeks. I felt this was not great but reasonable. On July 30, 2020, at 5:56 PM CST I called to inquire as to why the order had not shipped. I was told there was a high demand but my product would be shipped in 3 to 4 days.

The lady offered me a $10.00 rebate, to my card, for the inconvenience. This evening (08/07/2020) I called again and was connected to someone in India who spoke very poor English. I explained I was still waiting for my order to be shipped (as their website indicated it was still being processed for shipping). I was told that it would take at least 7 more days to process then another 7-10 days to arrive.

I told the Customer Service Representative (CSR) the time frame was unsatisfactory and I wanted a full refund to my credit card. I was told they were unable to make a full refund but was offered $15.00 for my inconvenience. I reiterated I wanted a full refund and asked to speak to a company representative within the continental United States. I was advised there were no U.S.

representatives since the only call center was in India. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there were not available, and they would take my number and call me back in 24 to 48 hours. I repeated, several times, my request for a supervisor or a U.S. representative.

After approximately 20 minutes of back and forth I was connected to someone pro porting himself to be a supervisor. The gentleman tried to offer me $15.00 but reiterated it would be 2 to 3 more weeks before I received the product. I informed him I would be on the road in 2 to 3 weeks and had wanted the product to travel with. Since I would not be here I would not be able to refuse the product for the promised refund.

The "manager then offered to refund my purchase price, less the $10.00 refund previously offered, to my credit card. The amount of the refunds cane up short of what I had paid for the product, but I was tired of trying to deal with the people. Non of the manager conversation happened until I informed the original CSR that while he had me on hold I was filing an FTC complaint. Not only does the company still owes me a very small sum of money they are falsely advertising their shipping and delivery times.

They tried to blame everything on product demand and the media generated pandemic. I reminded them the fake pandemic actually started in March so a June timef-rame was also a lie.I ended the conversation and doubt I will ever see all of my $106.01 back in my credit card.

Never again. I did file an FTC complaint.

Missing part lazer light

I was hung up on and then when asking for a part was told part can not be sent. Then when I asked for the whole system was told it was OOS and had to call back in 4 weeks and my order could not be placed. Really dissappointed in customer service. I wasnt asking for a free part. I was willing to pay.

i order this slim cycle june 7th 2020 and still dont have the product but this company took my $300 a month ago when you call you get people off shore in india that say the same thing i have heard for over 90 days "give another 2-3 weeks for delivery" you ask for a manager or supervisor you are either dealt with rude argumentative customer service reps, put in a black hole hold or disconnected on to have to call back and go through the ordeal again. what is funny is they still run the adds and tele commercials for this product but cant get the product manufactured or shipped to the consumer but have no problem charging your credit card and then haggle you when you dont get your product DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT ON LINE OR VIA PHONE if you really want it find it in a store and physically put your hands on it or you will never get it and get sucked in this ordeal I am going through Even when you try to call their corporate office you get the same recording back to customer service or a voice mail that never gets answered. if you think emailing customer service is the way to go I did that too and another road block and dead end

Need to exchange

Unfortunately my mom who is 90 did not save her packing slip to be able to exchange a ring she ordered. She actually placed 2 separate orders, but customer service was not able to locate her order info in their system; so we cannot exchange the ring. How could they process 2 separate orders and not find her info in the system.

Pocket Hose Sucks

The first one I bought a few years ago broke almost immediately. Foolishly, I bought another one 5 years later. It lasted a month. On their website, there is no contact number, no contact email and no contact address on their 'Contact Us' page. I have my receipt but it doesn't matter if I can't contact them. The product sucks and the website is useless.

Looked at this product at the Telebrand site and it gave no real info but you should look at it and see if there is an easy way to access the battery compartment or look in the product info you received with it to see what it says about batteries or replacement of said, etc. You can also take it apart if there are screws and see what kind of battery it takes.

If all this fails, then throw it out as junk and find another brand on someplace like Amazon where you can read the specs and the customer reviews. Alot of these things are throwaways.

I placed my order on line on 6/22/2020. I ordered the silver bullet with jet nozzle 50 foot. Order number 272**** in the amount of $59.97. I order 2 50 foot hoses. When I did not receive my order I called customer service only to be told it was in route. Didn't receive it so I called a second time. This time I was told it would be approximately 20 more days before I would receive it. As far as I am concerned this is a scam. I would never order anything more from this company again. Terrible service.
