I bought a product from telebrands not a problem.The problem is when the company's telemarketer called and tried to sell me something else I refused and told politely that I did not want what they were trying to sell me.

Now here is the problem they charged my debit card and sent the item anyway.

I told them over and over that I did not want the product how can that ignorant telemarketer and the company get away with that.Not only did they tell me the product was free which was a lie because they charged me 58.97 they charged me after I told them I didn't want it.
