I ordered Crazy Critters (Telebrands Corp in New Jersy)by mail and sent 3/19/10 they cashed check and cleared 4/8/10 still after 6 phone calls, still no product or refund.After speaking to all foreign people (6 as a matter of fact) all with American names - I called again today 6/24/10 and still they have no record of me??

I have demanded a call back today from a supervisor and also told them I'm reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.
