No help at all. The Starshower motion laser light won't shut-off at day light. Rep said put it on a timer. REALLY what the @%##!. Save your money.

I SPOKE WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP NAMED JOSEPH BUT HE REFERRED ME TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER WHICH I CALLED , WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER 20MIN. I THEN LOOKED ON LINE AND FOUND ANOTHER PHONE NUMBER WITH THE SAME RESULTS. WAITING ON HOLD NOW FOR OVER 10 MIN. NOW YOU WANT AT LEAST A 100 HUNDRED WORD ESSAY BEFORE I CAN SUBMIT A COMPLAINT. THIS JUST A BUNCH OF BULL, BULL, BULL. JUST CANCEL MY ORDER OR CALL ME TODAY AT 940-782-9256. IF I DON'T HEAR FROM YOU TODAY, THEN CANCEL MY ORDER. THE MORE I TYPE THE MADDER I GET. I have tried to contact bubblehead and the 5 minute copper people, and nobody can track my order, it says not found. The order has been paid for, I just want to know our we going to get it or where is my money gone? It has been well over 6 weeks since ordered. I usually don't have any problem ordering in the past and the top of the receipt says the order has been completed and the total. tried to review got sent to so many sites , my well thought out complaint and everything with it disappeared . tried to sign up with complaint site . site said I was falsely applying. Gee, guys I've been me for 68 years. Have no clue as to what I was lying about. Are y'all serious my original specific complaint disappeared when I hit submit Product absolutely does not live up to claims. Performs for less than 10 minutes after full charge, then dies. next charge would take 8 hours per instruction . Customer Service rep suggested I return it to store (she was nice and polite) .Definitely not a good solution for me. with 10-15 min performance time and 8 hour recharge it would take almost 3 weeks to clean the 3tubs and 2 showers I clean, since I only got one side done before it died. Well, here goes will try to submit again. wondering which level of cyber *** this complaint will go to.

product took a month to get shipped to me. customer service is of no help. most unprofessional company i have ever done business with. never again. buyer beware! when you call for help they will treat you as if you are a buden to them. they will try to sell you other products and call your home to solicit you. they simply are pushing poor quality products at a high price and then try to sell you more of thier junk. The person i talked with was rude and pushy. the whole experience was a waste of time and money. just more of what is wrong with the business companies in this country. rip off artist just scaming the public

Followup on orgreenic pans complaint: resolved with full refund | Telebrands

I complained to the telebrands company on their web site www.telebrands.com and by telephone at 800-777-4034 and 855-668-1655 because my three pan were not non-stick as advertised. purchase price was $56.97. pans were purchased in summer 2014. I sent photos of the pans to the company by email along with copy of my receipts. the pans are no longer made. at first i was offered a replacement with the red copper pans which i refused, then a partial refund d/t depreciation. the rep quoted a disclaimer applying to california customers allowing the company to give only a partial refund. another rep said i had to return the pans along with return shipping charge of $7.99. i argued that since the pans were no longer made, they wouldn't be shipping me anything so i should not have to give them a shipping charge of $7.99. after about 20 emails and phone calls during which i threatened small claims court, i received a full refund. be persistent! make them stand by their warranty which is for full repair or replacement for the original purchaser's lifetime! since they can neither repair nor replace the items, insist on a full refund...unless you're from California in which case, it looks like that can apply depreciation.
