I ordered earlifts. They sent me an email confirmation.

Three weeks later, I still didn't get them. I paid for expedited shipping also. They couldn't find my order and did not help me in any way ie. send a quick replacement.

How could they have confirmed my order and then not be able to find it. They did not even assign an order number for my order. In fact, they did not explain that the expedited shipping meant 2-3 wks rather than 5-6 weeks until after I paid for it. I can't remember how I paid for this order, so now I'll have to check all my credit cards.

Thanks alot!! They stink and I will never order from them again.
