Telebrands - Total bull
tried to review got sent to so many sites , my well thought out complaint and everything with it disappeared .tried to sign up with complaint site .
site said I was falsely applying. Gee, guys I've been me for 68 years. Have no clue as to what I was lying about. Are y'all serious my original specific complaint disappeared when I hit submit Product absolutely does not live up to claims.
Performs for less than 10 minutes after full charge, then dies. next charge would take 8 hours per instruction . Customer Service rep suggested I return it to store (she was nice and polite) .Definitely not a good solution for me. with 10-15 min performance time and 8 hour recharge it would take almost 3 weeks to clean the 3tubs and 2 showers I clean, since I only got one side done before it died.
Well, here goes will try to submit again.wondering which level of cyber *** this complaint will go to.
