I ordered my product and 8 weeks later i still had not received the product. I called to cancel and they said a new shipment was coming in that week.

Gave me 10% off my order so I waited another 2 weeks and still did not hear from them. I called to cancel and was told 13 minute wait time. At the time I wrote this, I was on hold for 45 minutes. The phone number originally provided hangs up on you so I had to do research and find a different route to contact them.

Not going to buy anything from them again. Never had this much trouble with any other online order
